New to the Ralph Lauren Sporting collection for men is the Ralph Lauren Safari RL67 Chronometer, now available in a 39mm case. Sturdy stainless steel is given a black patina treatment to provide a soft black finish that will age beautifully, just like a favourite leather jacket softens and wears over time. The matte-finished azure anthracite face has large beige luminescent Arabic numerals. Hour and minute functions are indicated with luminescent-treated hands, and seconds are countedby a shiny orange baton hand that echoes the orange sun over the African plains. The Swiss made self-winding COSC chronometer certified mechanical movement, calibre RL300-1, is housed beneath a screw-down case, provides a power reserve of up to 42 hours and, with a frequency of 4Hz, ensures excellent accuracy. The watch is presented on a weathered olive green canvas strap with a black leather lining and fastened by a black aged steel pin buckle.
