In his quest for perfect timekeeping, Richard Mille has developed the groundbreaking new RM 031 High Performance. A relative newcomer to watchmaking, Richard Mille's Swiss brand is only in its second decade, but his timepieces are already being described as 'the F1 of watches'. Each hand-assembled piece represents some of the most exciting haute horlogerie available today. Limited to just 10 pieces, the calibre RM031 in Richard Mille's RM 031 High Performance is equipped with a direct-impulse escapement developed by Audemars Piguet, which guarantees perfect performance. Unlike most of Richard Mille's watches, this model is round - a departure from the normally barrel-shaped or tonneau cases. But, like all his watches, it was inspired by the world of F1 racing, and the movement is built like a machine: pared down, lightweight and ready for action.
