The Oyster Perpetual watch is the pillar upon which the Rolex empire was built. A direct descendant of the 1926 waterproof Oyster watch and the 1931 Perpetual mechanical self-winding movement, the Oyster Perpetual encapsulates the spirit of Rolex to perfection. Like all watches at Rolex, this 26mm steel model is certified as a Superlative Chronometer and boasts a precision rate of -2/+2 seconds per day. The Oyster case guarantees water-resistance to 100 metres and is crafted in corrosion-resistant 904L steel with a screw-down caseback and winding crown to protect the mechanical movement, automatic calibre 2231. The olive green sunray finish dial of this model features white gold hour markers and hands treated with phosphorescent material allowing you to consult the time in the dark. The three-piece solid link Oyster bracelet sits beautifully on the wrist and is secured with a folding Oysterclasp.
