EDITOR'S REVIEW
The Tudor Heritage Black Bay Bronze model has inherited its family’s good looks, with the general lines, dial and domed crystal inspired by the very first Tudor diving watches. The innovative 43mm bronze case is an ingenious alloy of aluminium and bronze that prevents it from rusting, yet still allows it to age subtly and create a unique patina over time. Adding to the retro appeal of the Heritage Black Bay Bronze is the delicious chocolate-brown dial, offset with beige luminescent material on the snowflake hour hand, minute hand and indices. The automatic in-house Tudor MT5601 manufacture movement has been specifically adapted for the larger proportions of this men’s watch, and offers a sturdy 70-hour power reserve fitted in a case offering up to 200 metres of water-resistance. The Black Bay Bronze watch comes on an aged brown leather strap, which can be swapped for a beige and brown hand-woven jacquard strap, adding customisation to this contemporary classic.
