Watches are not always an obvious Christmas present for women, which in my eyes, makes them the ideal gift. Nothing like a lovely surprise that can be enjoyed every day for the rest of the year. So to help you compile your horological wishlist or guide you towards the perfect gift, I have chosen my favourite watches of the year. Some are elegant evening watches while others are sporty and practical.
But all are new models and I have chosen them as I would happily wear anyone of them every day, or night, depending on the amount of diamonds and glamour factor. I have in fact tried on almost every single one of these watches and looked at them from all angles and scrutinised each millimeter of their little cases and dials for both looks and quality. All have passed with top marks and are ready to be wrapped up and wait patiently under the Christmas tree for their new owner .
