One of the most exclusive shows of its kind in the world, the forthcoming edition of the Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition promises to be the biggest and best yet.
12pm-10pm daily
An unprecedented 30,000 visitors are expected to attend this year’s DJWE held in the luxurious surrounds of Doha’s West Bay district.
Occupying 29,000m2 of exhibition space at the new DECC, the show is unique in that it allows the 500 plus exhibitors to sell their watches and jewellery directly to the public. New for this year are jewellery and watch workshops, where budding designers can learn how to make their own pieces, as well as educational seminars that will run throughout the show.
Pearls and men’s watches will feature prominently at the DJWE this February, while Qatar’s balmy climate is no doubt an additional pull for visitors from the Northern hemisphere.
The DJWE has teamed up with the International Gemological Institute to offer free, on-the-spot gem assessments for visitors to the show.
